Order Process

How does Köhn's order process work?

Whether its Laser Engraving, Custom Headbands, Jerseys, T-Shirts or any of our other products, Köhn is THE BEST at producing custom products.
  1. For all of our services that require artwork to be completed we require a deposit (normally 50% of what the final balance is).
  2. Once the initial deposit has been paid, our artists will give you a schedule of when you can expect to see your first PROOF.
  3. During the PROOFING Process our artists will not stop working until you are happy with the final design. Once the final design is approved, we will enter production.
  4. Before final production begins, the final balance is due (At this time, the inital depoit is also applied to the final balance).
  5. Once your order is completed, we will ship it out and you wear the crown of FTW.
